Turnaround Time and Shipping:
We have a 1-2 week (approximate) turnaround time. Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the package. Allow 3-5 business days for shipping transit.
Returns:
Our items are hand made and customized so all orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once the item moves to production mode (typically 24 hours after order has been placed) it will not be possible to cancel the order.
**If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must send the tumbler back to us so we can fix the item. Shipping must be paid by the purchaser.
